if all 3 are feeding to the HU properly and it still won't turn on, disconnect everything else and try again.
if it still doesn't work, throw the HU in the bin.

back to basics... check constant 12V+, ACC signal and ground with a multimeter.
if all 3 are feeding to the HU properly and it still won't turn on, disconnect everything else and try again.

Speakers turning off and on
done, thrown in bin. I got my head unit to work accidentally by flipping it vertically, then, it permanently cacked it. The radio cassette player is back now
