As mentioned above the aerial doesn't engage and the radio has stopped working I've changed the fuse even tho the other one looked OK
Any suggestions as to what might be the problem

Presume you mean the aerial auto up/down not working? I'd suspect a fuse in the head unit itself. I know the NB8A radios were suss, but that was the screen not the functioning, you just had to blindly search for stations. Pretty sure I have one from the black 2003 I dismantled if you want a replacement. I'd pull yours first though, its not too hard.
If it was me, I'd welcome this opportunity to replace it with a modern screen-based unit with Bluetooth, and not look too closely in case it was something simple like a fuse

Yes true its a clarion not original. Have checked all the fuses. But yeah it's probably telling me it needs a modern upgrade
