My Eunos NA6 doesn't have them either. I'll have a look at wiring diagram for clues.

I have scoured a USA wiring diagram (which I have used successfully for years for my JDM NA6) and found no items with that wiring colour set. It isn't fog lights as my car came with them, but those wires run elsewhere and are different colours.
I agree that it is likely aftermarket. Could it have been a car alarm?
PS, my car also doesn't have the other two nearby connectors in the photo.

Thanks for the responses. Interesting to note that the fog light wires run else where. As far as an alarm being fitted, never seen anything to indicate in the wiring harness there was an alarm.
I've removed and tidied the rear wiring harness and didn't find anything unusual there either. Just deleted the wires for the head rest speakers etc.
