The 3 plug adapters do exist, but were made for the E8/E11 not the Elite 750. No problem though as they are easily repinned on the AMP Tyco plug.

I picked up this one before just going to a full custom loom:

Sold it to someone on the FB group, so if you ask there it might still be going unused.

Failing that, Bartune (on here) was making an adapter board for the MS3 to the 3 plug (and 2 plug) setup. It would be relatively trivial to switch the DB25/35 connectors to a wire through solder setup and just make a short pigtail to the E750 plug.
