Mx5 SE fog lights +X-treme Vision Halogens

Hi All,

I am looking at replacing factory bulbs in my SE. Wanted to confirm they are H11? Also, is access generally hard to change them? (haven't attempted change yet!)

Also, what do people think about the Phillips X-treme Vision Halogen Light Bulbs? Thinking of places all lights with these!

Replacing the fog lamp light source is not going to do anything at all in my opinion A fog light is a special purpose lamp and its optics and design merely provides a wide shallow beam. Fog lamps in Aust are next to useless- a lamp which almost no one wanted and which continually gets switched on when its illegal to do so much to the annoyance of others. The bulbs in the fog lamps will remove easily- check your owners manual. However the bulb has a specific base configuration and you cannot put another lamp into it with a different base because the bulb holder will not be compatible.
