So about a year ago I installed an Innovate Air/Fuel ratio gauge and the readings were correct and what not. Recently the readings began playing up and after some research I found that roughly every 20,000 kms the gauge should be re calibrated, I did so about 2 days ago and already the readings are playing up.
Any advice on what i might be doing wrong?
Im thinking that i should re calibrate it again but thoroughly clean the sensor or something.

You have an earth problem or an exhaust leak

its reading from the extractors so the if it were a leak it'd be coming from there i assume hey? worth swapping over the gasket?

Stock extractors crack at the collector often and the sensor is further down from there.

Re: Need help: Innovate Air/Fuel Gauge readings
Is it the LC-1? If so then they are sensitive to significant vibration and heat and some instances fail very prematurely. Mount it on some thick foam/rubber (fireproof).

Re: Need help: Innovate Air/Fuel Gauge readings
Possibly a ground (or power) problem as Dann suggested earlier.
But saying that I had a similar problem with mine on my Evo and after verifying power and ground were good I asked my tuner about it because it still wasn't holding calibration and he told me to connect to my PC via a serial>usb cable and open LM Programmer to explicitly set the fuel setting I wanted which solved the issue permanently.
