JB HiFi is my place to go to. I always seem to get prices similar to the going online prices.

Managed to get the Pioneer DEH-9350SD for only $250.

3 high voltage RCA outputs, USB (wish they had a rear output though) and SD card slot. Not too mention it doesn't stick out in the interior like some of the other brightly coloured ones do.

I picked up this head unit on sale 2 weeks ago at JB for $174! It was already on sale, and then they offered a further 30% off due to the car audio sale. Very very happy with it, only put it in the other day. Next weekends job is to install the new kicker amp and speakers.

Hows user friendly is this one ? I've been considering that model and wasn't to sure and whats the sound like just off the head unit (without an amp) ?
The price sure is good.

Seems very user friendly to me, though I am only using the USB port at the moment with my iPhone. Havent loaded a CD yet.

I can't comment on sound, as my current speakers are probably the worst speakers in existence, but they are getting changed this weekend. It definitely made them sound better than the stock head unit though.
