Replacing the Bose Stereo on the NC

Not yet, I'm just doing up a list of what I'll need.

So need to find faceplate, the adapter for steering wheel controls, wiring harness.

Autobarn have these things but they want to charge through the teeth for them so looking at US shops instead

It is missing the part which is the trim around the stereo. It means you will need to use the trim that comes with the stereo. It has the single din trim but not double din

This is what I mean by trim.
