Wiring in idle control valve (Megasquirt)

Postby jerrah » Tue Aug 17, 2010 9:46 am

I've attached a NB8 throttle body to my NA6 to gain a variable TPS but I'm not sure how to wire in the idle control valve.

Note: Will be controlled by a Megasquirt so I'm confident that it can be controlled one way or the other.

Both idle control valves are two wire, but use different coloured wires on each model. Is there an incorrect way to wire up the idle control?

Just took a stab at it and it seems to work just fine, not sure if there is a wrong way to do it.
