Wiring demister in NA6!!!

Postby Mr nanotech » Tue Aug 03, 2010 5:21 pm

I recently purchased a new Robbins soft top with demister for my na6. In past I've had trouble trying to see out the rear window with two people in the car or on rainy days as the windows fog up very easily. I know the standard demister is fine and works on front windows now (it didn't used to and one day it just started working.. Who knows why?).

Anyway I want to wire the rear demister when I install the new soft top. the problem is the na6 didn't come with rear demister for soft top or hardtop (the hard top I have doesn't have demister either). So I'm wondering what I have to do to wire this up. I had a look today and it doesn't have the demister button or anything there on the dash (obviously).
I read another thread about someones clubman and doing the same thing. But he had all the wiring already in the car. I'm dead sure I don't have anything.

So what will this cost, how can I do it and.. Whatever other information you can throw at me!
