Gday fellas
im new to the MX scene and was looking to upgrade the standard immobaliser to an alarm with motion sensors etc etc.
Do you have any recomendations on brands/models? also roughly the prices installed etc?
Also any recomendations as to where to shop for alarms in Sydney?
Cheers in advance

first of all are you wanting the alarm for insurance purposes?
If so steer clear of Viper as they are not up to Australian Standards which requires black wiring and automaticly immobilizes the engine after 30 seconds
I've got a Mongoose unit with a lot of add ons to it
Its brilliant with a bit of fiddling around and adjusting mine doesn't randomly go off anymore except for when my workmates kick my tyres

nup not for insurance purposes. but then again i should ring up my insurance company and see if they will offer a discount with an alarm. apart from that its just for my peace of mind and a little more secruity.
