Just a couple more issues I can see and then you can rate it at the importance that you put on it. First thing that I can see is that the wiring is coloured. Most good alarm systems have all black wiring so that a potential thief won't be able to figure out which wire to cut. The second thing that I think is important in a convertible is a motion sensor. This one only has a shock sensor and there is not much shock involved in cutting a soft top and reaching in. I feel these things are important but it is up to you how important you think they are. As mentioned above there is also the lack of quality which means you can either get a really good one that will last for years and you saved a crap load of money or it could go bang within a couple of months. Your choice though

I agree with meanmx
When i was in the market for buying an alarm I'd made sure it had motion (microwave) sensor
ended up with Microwave, Shock, and Tilt Sensor lol
to be up there with the Australian Standards the Immobiliser Wiring has to be black but alarm don't
which I just notice this doesn't have an immobiliser so if your buying this for insurance purposes then don't get it
Its just an alarm but you can still start your car and drive away

Alarm
I purchased my alarm via ebay, it was a factory upgrade, took 2hrs to install - I only had to back-out 2 wires and place them into the plugs supplied, everything else was unplug from loom - plug in from kit or bolt onto existing mounts. got microwave, bump sensor plus isolate on alarm if working on the car. Very happy with it.
ps I'm an electrician so may take somewhat longer than above.....then again, I am old(ish), rounder and generally unfit....cancels out

i would also recommend rhino. they're very good... some of them have something similar to the \"keyless-go\".. it unarms/unlocks itself when the key you're holding is within proximity.. and it also autolocks itself when you're far away..
can be a good or bad thing.. if you're approaching your car and it unlocks itself, that could entice robbers to grab ur keys and drive off
