oh good i installed it correctly :lol: i kind of had a feeling thats what it was doing..

is it used to sort of control fuel consumption by keeping the needle off 0??..

My 1982 VH Commodore (6 cylinder auto) had an \"economy\" gauge in place of a tacho, really a vacuum gauge is disguise.

What on earth does WOT stand for? I can't for the life of me work it out... I'm sure it's something obvious that will make me feel a right fool once I find out.

Reminds me of my Auntie about 30 years ago.
Uncle is a mechanic with a worked 192 HR
Auntie out driving it one day sees the Oil light come on and the Gauge drop to Zero.
Rings the Uncle at work to tell him about it.
Ok he sais where are you I'll come and check it out.
Oh its alright dear I drove it home (30Km) :roll:
