Has anyone ever done the run to wiseman's ferry heading from castle hill way?.. i love that drive.. takes about an hour to get there from castle but its worth it.. nice scenic run and the windy roads down the mountain at the end..
chances are you will never have to go to wiseman's ferry unless you have a caravan there lol..

100.0 - Turn right onto George Downes Drive
102.0 - Turn right onto Peat’s Ridge Road
116.0 - Continue over Freeway overpass

Mid week if you can get the day off! Jules, myself and a few others did night runs through there with beanies on cold winter nights though which was fun!
Weekends are good too, but kinda over populated!

I have a fond memory of hearing Craig whooping and laughing for no apparent reason on the CB...moments before Malibu got airborne as the road dropped away quite steeply coming out of Wiseman's. Bloody funny.
And then the late night ascent through the Gorge back to Hornsby. Much fun.

Is the OPC section of road from this run still in one piece following the landslides in the area over the past month?
