just came back from Eden on the south coast of NSW. decided to go inland instead of up the coast. the climb up the great dividing range from bombala towards cooma on the monaro h'way is awesome looking. i say \"looking\" becoz we were camping and therefore had take the RAV4 instead os the 5er. if i ever get back that way tho, it's the mazda next!

I was there on Sunday. Good fun but watch out for pot holes around that area.

We were down that way earlier this year. We drove down (Brown Mt?) and had a great time. Found the surface pretty good (did not encounter many potholes) but I think most of the trip had an 80kph limit
