EOI Border Run QLD/NSW
Probably should have left this till a little after Origin...
However, I was wondering who would be interested in a run over the border and back, both QLDers' and NSWmen are welcome and the run would look something like this.
https://maps.google.com.au/maps?saddr=Unknown+road&daddr=Unknown+road+to:Nerang-Murwillumbah+Rd%2FState+Route+97+to:Nerang-Murwillumbah+Rd%2FState+Route+97+to:Tomewin+Rd+to:Tomewin+Mountain+Rd%2FState+Route+98+to:Unknown+road&hl=en&ll=-28.173718,153.452225&spn=0.499366,0.891953&sll=-28.135738,153.469605&sspn=0.007805,0.013937&geocode=FY6jVP4dGcwjCQ%3BFenKVP4dDDwjCQ%3BFTR0Uf4doCQiCQ%3BFVr4T_4dHs8iCQ%3BFfv5T_4dCogkCQ%3BFXyJUf4djMgkCQ%3BFbO3Uv4d2sAlCQ&mra=mi&mrsp=6&sz=17&t=m&z=11
So who's keen?

Probably a night run, don't really get a chance to do a day run, however I suppose that's up to the majority.

Not yet, been kinda slack and I have 3 different types of tires on my car ATM, so when I'm sorted I'll check it out and organize it properly.

Re: EOI Border Run QLD/NSW
I've just ordered Continental Contact 3's in 225 40 18. Going to the 18's bumped the tyre price up but they look so good.
What rims and size did you decide on?

Superlites in 15x8 +4, not sure if I want to go GTR because they won't warrant them and I've heard a few bad reports.

Are you sure about that offset, I'm pretty sure +4 offset won't fit.

Re: EOI Border Run QLD/NSW
We were actually talking about this at the last friday night run!
We were either thinking a border run OR a run through the Mountains and up to Toowoomba.

Rule #1: You can make anything fit. And hey, it's better than -4, right.
