It'll be my first time on the strip with the 5 and it's been a looooong time since I last did it so I wouldn't be too worried.

Anyhow, there's bound to be a Chilli S Mini you could whoop into the weeds ....the line is out, waiting for PT to bite

Count me in.
(three forced MX5s - this could turn out to be a complete head ƒü¢k to the VB drinkers there)

As for the VB drinkers, even if I had a quick car I wouldn't be able to launch it quickly because of the insane headaches!

i don't think this quite happened. i was expecting a 13 out of ur blown one no? how many rwkw? 1200kg wrx with 150rwkw can do 13.4 so similar power with less kg should come close...........

there was alot of crap out there last night. i'm defenetly not about to go out and join the starlet gt club.

if you were serious about having a few runs the wednesday arvo are where the serious ones come out and the staging lanes are half as full.

was good to see you out there, defenetly quicker than my NA6 but i wouldn't start making the above comments until you can at least run a low 13. beacuse i know few people batted an eyelid.

It was a joke 8) As in, MX5 = 17 second hairdresser car.

From memory, I ran a 14.8 @ 95 mph. 60 ft was 2.3.
130 RWKW, suspension is set up for circuit racing (2.9deg neg camber, ultra stiff etc), the car was bogging down, and I had no idea what to do.
It was a fun experience :)
