Loch (stewart), Stock (or modified), and Barrels (of laughter and wine).

Join us to celebrate Loch Stewart’s (or Lochie to anyone regardless of whether you knew him or not) life and loves – people, cars, food and wine. Meet at 8am for a 8.30am sharp start from the Albany Creek Woolworths Carpark. There is a BP nearby so make sure your car is filled before we leave, and also a bakery and café for those who forgot breakfast.

Morning Tea will be at Oceanview Estate Winery and Vineyard, where you can get cakes, biscuits and drinks, and wine tasting is available. From there it will be across more wonderful driving roads before popping out for lunch at the Maleny Hotel (mains range from $12-$20) where we can spend the afternoon reminiscing or the indulgent can take in a walk through Maleny where we highly recommend the award winning ice-cream at Colin James Fine Foods.

We are expecting both past and current members, so if you wish to catch up with people that you have not seen for a long time, consider coming to this run. RSVP is essential for this event one week prior to the run so please let us know if you are coming by Sunday 12th February.

Start: Albany Creek Woolworths, cnr Old Northern Rd and Albany Forest Drive
Time: 8.00am for a 8.30am sharp drive
Lunch: Maleny Hotel, Maple St Maleny
RSVP: Beth O’Donnell 0414 822 245 / 3397 1795(H)
Jackie Looi 0419 783 663 / 3422 0102(H)

Do you have to be a Club member?
I'd like to join - but it seems to be a little tricky.
Tried emailing the club - no-one wanted me. :frown:
Have an MX 5 with Loch Stewart exhaust and CAI..
Never met him though.
David

Email Abyss (above) or the secretary (secretary@miata.net.au) or use the phone and call all of the committee http://www.miata.net.au/ until someone answers.

Failing all this, download the application form here, fill it out and post it in with your money ($20 once off joining fee and $30 for the rest of this club financial year fees = total $50).

Alternative to posting the form is to bring it and your $50 to this run on Sunday 5 Feb or the memorial run on 19 Feb
