Just a quick note, there is a club run this Sunday! Sorry for the late notice.

Breakfast at Byron
Sun Jan 22
Meet 7:00 for 7:30 departure
Wyberba St (near Gold coast Airport, next to intersection of Pacific and Gold Coast highways)
Contact Jim Grohn 0409304695

Beat the heat - take a early morning drive down the old highway to Byron Bay. Breakfast is a BBQ on the beach. Bring own food. BBQ supplied :-) Swim optional!

NB - if you are coming from the north, it is easy to overshoot Wyberba St. No problems, just turn onto the access road on the east side of the highway and it will take you back up to Wyberba St.

here's a map to help :)

Image

if you come thru on the pacific hwy, get over in the left lane to turn onto the merged hwy, once around the corner take your first left & come back up to wyberba st............if you come down the gold coast hwy, take your last left BEFORE the hwy merge 8)

hope that helps, Clive

? :?: It's not in the Calendar or on the Club mailing list - Jim usually posts them up. You want me to mail it out? On short notice, every extra day can help with numbers.

Mike, the post by Hillsend is the text of an email sent by Jim G to various recipients. It has not gone out on the club general broadcast net yet :? .

Things to take:
1. Floaties given the flooding in northern NSW :frown: ; and,
2. Boxing gloves if you get the Rex Hunt reception at Byron :) .
