I have a BP05 1.8L engine out of my old car for sale.
Was driving said car and it started making a juicy clunk. Car was trailered home and pulled apart.
Opened it up and found a few nice bits of metal in the sump, so looks like spun bearing. Engine wasn't seized it still turned.

Has adjustable cam gears, it looks like it may have been ported/polished at some stage but no details or proof of this.
What you see is what you get.

Pickup (obviously) Hawkesbury, NSW
Price: $500 ono I guess

Froggy, can you tell us any more about the nature /origin of the 'pieces of metal' from what you saw, are they available for inspection by a buyer??

Someone who is interested wants to know ...

I was sure I took a few photos when I opened the engine but can only find this one. Will have another look. Not sure how much help this photo I'd.

There may still be a few shavings in sump, can't check because I don't live with the engine :)
