Bought it for my NB but unfortunately gonna sell the car so I’m in no need for the wheels anymore, haven’t been used before

They would for sure, and they're a good offset as well! The only issue is there's no good tyres in 16" for our cars. Great set of tyres for a cruiser or show car though.
I pray that Ray's one day release the TE37 in 15x9. I'm not holding my breath though.

No good tyres for street or track? I'd have thought there's reasonable options for both.

This sizing is sometimes seen on NDs in the US as it clears the Brembos, albeit with a little poke...
