Re: Lap times
Track: Wakefield
Time: 1:17.0 (circuit club/natsoft) 14/6/2010
Tyres: RE001 - 15" aus spec
Mods: Tein SS, Torsen, QFM A1RM pads, butterfly brace, exhaust, hot air intake, BD bar, special stu alignment...
Video... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ls_WyoZZxYk
I think I can still get another 1-2 seconds off that time with these tyres

Re: Lap times
First time on the track on Friday.
Track: Wakefield Park
Car: 2001 NB8B
Suspension: Tein Super Streets
Chassis: Weldwell rollbar
Brakes: DBA 5000 slotted rotors, Goodridge braided lines, Hawk HP+ pads
Tyres: Federal 595RS
Time: 1:16.9980
Plenty more in it too. But happy with that for a first time out.
Car was set up for the street because I wanted to concentrate on myself and the track before starting to fiddle with the suspension and tyres.

Re: Lap times
so a year ago this month was the last time I was at EC, and today beat my 1.59.9 in my first session with a 1.58.4!!
then second session after some advise from Daniel B - managed a 1.56.6!!
pretty stoked!
the next sessions I was all held up in traffic but still doing very low 1.57s

Re: Lap times
Managed a 1:14.777 at WP yesterday. So hot there that I got sunburnt. Aiming for low 14's next time out, and then I'll get some semi's.
