New e85 tune with elite 1500

Recently changed my old wolf v500 to a haltech elite 1500 and running e85 now, and just got it retuned and the results attached.
MX5 is a NA6 and basically internally stock besides valve springs and retainers and just under 300k on the clock. Didn't want to push it too hard on the tune being old. But ended up running out of injector so had to stop there. Hitting 90% duty cycle :lol:

List of some of the parts I can remember:
    725cc injectors
    Kelford cam heavy duty valve springs
    Supertech Titanium Retainers
    Begi manifold
    Garrett turbo GT2560 externally bored out with GT2860RS Cartridge.
    Turbosmart internal actuator
    Custom intercooler
    K&N cai
    Remove air flow meter
    2 1/2" full exhaust with sports muffler and cat
    Torsen diff
    6 speed swap
    Flex fuel sensor
    Haltech elite 1500


Had Steve from Rising sun automotive do the tune and couldn't be happier with the work and tune he did.

That seems a pretty good result for a 1.6, I presume it has good compression and leakdown numbers?

That whoopsie in the torque curve seems more extreme than most I have seen, but then I haven't seen a lot of 1.6s on corn ... did the tuner say anything about that, is it noticeable on the road? Speaking of the road, it must be a weapon when you open it up?! :shock: 8) :D

Last time i've check compression was about 5yrs ago when I did the valve springs and they were all fairly high from what I call. I've never done a leak down test before, so not too sure on that.
The tuner didn't say too much about the torque curve, but going from my old tune to this new tune which was an increase of 28rwkw, the car pulls very hard, throws you back in full boost. Definitely noticeable. The car feels really light when in full boost too :? . I had a 350rwkw xr6t and this feels quicker somehow.
The tuner did say I need to install a catch can because of the moisture in e85 and will need to be drained.
Would like to get some 0-100 times and see how quick it is now.

I'm on corn as a track car only so it's doesn't get the miles that a road car would get. Yes there is about a 1/8th of a cup of water after a days racing. That's about 1 hour 15 mins of run time
