Made a mess of my PS rack input casing

Postby jules » Sat Mar 28, 2020 4:37 pm

Such a gumby. I stripped and cracked the thread on my ps input shaft casing.
Does anyone know if these are even available without buying a whole new rack assembly for an NA8.
I can see that they bolt onto the rack with 2 x allen bolts

Hey Jules,
Did you fix your steering unit?
I have a P/S rack if you require one. In Syd West.

No I didn't.
I had to buy another one, and am now selling the old one cheap.
The broken part is replaceable but not sure how easy it is to source.
