Does anyone know if a space saver wheel from a Toyota Yaris (125/70x16) will fit a ND GT?
The off set is 39mm where as the MX5 is 45 mm does this mean that the Yaris wheel will sit closer to the caliper of further away than the stock wheel?

U have to test fit it as it is dependent upon brake caliper clearance (offset is no indicator).

As above, caliper clearance is about the gap from the mount face to the wheel face.
Offset is the gap from the mount face to the centreline of the rim.
So the Yaris wheel rim will sit 6mm further out from the car than the Mazda one.
However the caliper clearance will depend on the design and shape of the wheel face.

Yaris wheel fits had to deflate and put strap around it to fit in the boot.
