Hi any member could share their damper setting they use on their NB using Tein Flex Z
How many clicks from hard on the front and rear.
It would be appreciated. Just wanting a guide for road spirited driving on average road conditions.

I have the original Tein flex, I set them to full soft on the street.
It took me years to bother installing my EDFC and wish I had done it sooner, they make adjustment easy and you can put all your boot bits back in.

I have the Flex Z and they're just set to bang in the middle.
Find for daily use, but on the stiffer side.
Granted, my settings are more from laziness, I've just not had the time to drive the car properly and sort out what settings I want, so have just gone for the lazy middle.

Thanks guys
I might start with
8 from hard front
10 from hard rear.

Yeah that's probably a good start.
as I said, mine are mid way all around, so 8 clicks (since the total adjustment is 16 clicks)
Rides ok, bit stiff but then i'm getting older too.
currently mine handles fairly neutral, but with a slight tendency for oversteer, so yours running a little softer in the rear should be a little more stable when pushed.
Obviously though, there's lots more factors to that than just damping, tyres, alignment, diff, etc.
I found the biggest change to comfort and handling was to make sure the shock length and springs are set correctly.
Read up a lot on how to correctly set them up. I've eyeballed mine, and they feel fine to me, but I know that if I actually spent proper time setting them up I could probably get the car to handle/feel nicer.
