Speed dependent clicking (not stones)

Hi guys.
I have this clicking which comes and goes (or I stop noticing it) coming from the right frontish.
It's speed dependent, so increases frequency with speed.
The volume also seems to be consistent, regardless of speed.
Steps thus far.
Checked both right side tyres for stones. No stones in tread.
Jacked up each corner and rotated each wheel as quickly as I could. No click.
Inspected wheel well for any protrusion. Nothing sticks out (see what I did there?).

What's left it could be? Something stuck around the drive shaft?

Thanks in advance.

I forgot to add:
Keeps clicking while applying brakes.
Happens in any gear, including neutral.
Happens in a straight line (not just while turning).

Thinking... Is it possibly a brake Pad wear indicator? I know they are on the way out. And yes I have replacements.

People at work playing a practical joke by putting some blue pallet strapping around the tail shaft...

That's exactly what it sounds like, but more along the lines of a zip tie.

Check the CV boot retaining ties arent loose. If the end of the strap is free it will do this. Its like a big metal ziptie, seen below.

Great suggestion. Just checked rear upper and lower boots and they 'appear' secure. As in the retainers go all around.

There is also no wear/shirtless spots in Amy of the wheel wells.
#baffled.

Suggest a front wheel bearing.
Jack up the front and pull/push hard on the top and bottom of a wheel.
Any movement = wheel bearing

I had suspected that. Just to be sure I checked movement in the wheel, and its tight like a tiger.
Seriously out of ideas.

So, I decided to take the wheel off for a better inspection, only to find the nuts not as tight as i would have expected them to be. On in particular.
So, threw it back on after an inspection of the wheel assembly, and initial tests seem promising.
Needless to say, I tightened ALL the lugs on all wheels after that.
