I am willing to put bolt on spacers for my NB...
I was wondering if 25mm bolt on spacers will be enough to clear the stock studs so that it wont effect mounting my flat backed wheels on...

As i can't really test fit before i buy... i wanted to ask those who has or had a 25mm.
I dont want to cut back my studs... so help me out guys!

Go measure your studs.
If they are longer than 25mm then no.

Why not just buy the correct sized wheels to start with?

I had these wheels from my old car. 15x8.5 Not aggressive enough for my liking... will be temporary until new lips come in for rebarreling.

I have used 25mm spacers OK on my NA. I just needed to file less than 1/2 mm off the studs. As Emily said, just go and measure your studs.

Also make sure that the nuts on the spacers that you buy sit low enough that they don't protrude above the surface of the spacer. For 25mm spacers you'd expect that to be OK but it's worth a check. It's more a problem for thinner spacers.
