What can I expect to feel if I do this swap?
I love the look on the curved 16" and I wonder would it drive a bit better? At the same time I will be putting on very slightly lower and stiffer springs and shocks.

Slightly lower profile tyres and with your new suspension; expect a slight increase in noise and vibration.
The wheels alone will make SFA difference, to be honest I would stick with the 15's...better and cheaper choice of tyres but they dont fill out the guards so much.

I would keep the 15's. I have an nb with the oem 16's and i think they look too big on the car
