alignment woes

Recently (a week before Christmas) went to a recommended wheel alignment place in Sydney and came away less than satisfied. Asked for a road/club track set up along with wheel balance and advised of vibration through car - could they check this out. Also advised steering wheel was turned a little to the right. Told this would be fixed.
Waited for 2.5 hours mostly in the waiting room. Saw them working on the car. All seemed okay until time to pay. Told then that my offside rear was buckled and would need repair urgently. Seems that was where the vibration was. Why am I unhappy?
1. the buckle must have been noticed on the balance machine early in the work process. I believe I should have been told immediately and the job stopped.
2. I have paid for an alignment and balance that shouldn't have gone ahead even if I wasn't sitting in the waiting room - they had my mobile
3. they said they could organise the wheel repair but not until January. I had it done at the same place they use immediately with no probs
4. they scratched all my wheels around the lugs. This is careless IMO. Its definitely them as I am the only one who has fitted and removed the wheels previously and I certainly didn't scratch them as I am as fussy as all get out
5. steering wheel is still turned to the right
6. they swapped the nearside wheels front to back but not the offside. The issue with this is the tyres have obvious track wear so no longer in concert
7. they didn't give me the alignment specs sheet when I paid. I was flustered by the bad news about the wheel and had waited so long for the job that I forgot to ask so partly my fault BUT surely they should do this when I asked for a club track day set-up.
Yes, I will tell them of these issues once Chrissy is over but not keen to return. I didn't discover the damage around the wheel lugs until a couple of days ago when I went to correct the mismatched nearside wheels. I also was focussed on getting the buckled wheel repaired ASAP ready for January W.Park
