Hey
I have previously had my sways set-up for me full hard front, full soft rear.
Having now resolved my broken rear sway bracket (...duh..), I have it set to full hard front and mid setting on the rear - certainly twitchier in the tail and I am having to be far more sensitive with the gas.
Any comments guys, how are you running your sways (for track)?

24mm Front set on medium, no rear sway bar (4.1 torsen in the rear), 8kg front springs 6kg rear springs (BC Racing ER), corner weighted, custom wheel alignment.
Very happy with this setup, however will be playing with the alignment and shock settings based on my last track session tyre temps.

impossible question to anser on the internet. spring stiffness, dampers, camber, toe, lsd, steering rack type, driving style and ability all come into play. best to start of on a looser setting and tighten it up throughout a day to find what you like.

Given OP's recent rear sway bar experience, on the track a number opt for this.

Despite the post I made regarding my setup I have to agree with :
93_Clubman also makes a good point that if since fixing the rear sway bar it feels "certainly twitchier in the tail and I am having to be far more sensitive with the gas" then remove the rear sway bar for awhile.

Of course adding more sway to one end will make that end feel less secure.
It doesnt mean that removing both will make the car grippier.

Having had the rear effectively disconnected, I definitely don't want to run with no rear after too much roll and understeer. Takes some adjustment in approach and style.
