I am currently running koni yellows with totally stock suspension otherwise.
i want to improve things... whats the best bang for buck next mod?
Maybe rear bumpstops and sways? or go with stiffer springs?

Swaybars are generally seen as a fair upgrade for not much money.

Sell the konis to me ;)
With two laps to go then the action will begin, unless this is the action, which it is.

Ask yourself, what would you like to improve?
Go for a drive, and think as you drive. Try and get an idea of what you want/don't want to car to do.
There's no reason to buy sways/springs/etc if you don't actually feel a problem with how the car handles.

Depending on spring rate on the koni's and the tyres you run and a few other things, swaybars may not help at all.
Id say if you have the ability to replace a timing belt and already have intake/exhaust the next thing is unquestionably cams.

What springs are the Konis running - the black OEM NA6 ones?
NA6 & NA8 spring rate was 154/94 lbs/in.

Re: Have koni Yellows...what next
Currently run the stock na6 springs on the middle perch but want to drop it onto the lowest perch to make it look better.
i feel the car would be too soft to go this low and would think that i need stiffer springs. but after seeing some still shots of my car at an autocross, the thing def looks like it needs sways. the car also tends to snap back if i get in a slide, a bit like the car is "on top" of the suspension.i guess the #1 thing i want to solve is the side to side sway, but do i do this by using sways and the lowest perch setting OR go for lower stiffer springs?
my initial plan was sways and new rear bumpstops. but dont want to buy anything that wont be compatible with any future plans.
here a vid of the car in action....

Is autocross primarily what you want to set it up for?
