Volk GR-C (CV-Pro) Centre Cap Help

Postby Swordfish » Fri Sep 14, 2012 11:22 am

Hi all,
I need some advice.
I recently luckily purchased a set of Volk Racing centre caps to go with the Volks I purchased from another forum member

They look like this:

Trouble is - one of the caps is missing the actual insert with the logo; I have the actual "nut" housing and collar that covers the wheel nuts

Can anyone please advise who I can call on the assist with getting this sorted ?

Thanks in advance !

Could be expensive and difficult to locate a new one.
Maybe a sticker will do? (I know, I know...)

eBay might have some fake ones, but it's unlikely due to the abnormal size of the GRC centrecaps.

The funny thing is I used to have a spare one somewhere. I bought a set cheap that had been sprayed black by the previous owner. 2 caps were missing, one was painted over, and one was fine.

No idea where it ended up though.

How about something custom for the existing caps.

you could also try a trophy shop or printer/merch supplier. They make those badges for trophies and labels etc. Just a matter of scanning it and then getting it made. Not very expensive either.

Thanks to all for your advice

I've decided to sell the wheels (not because of this)...they're in the classified section :)
