So I know there is always the option of hammering on a socket, but I want that to be my last resort.
This here is the style of my lock nut:
On my key (when I had it), it had the number 553 stamped on to it. Would anyone have the same one, which I could borrow please? If you do I would love you long time, and would repay you in some way shape or form.

BUMMER!!
You can't just get a replacement key? Seeing as you know the number for the key it shouldn't be too hard

They aren't a particularly rare lock nut, so you may be able to get a replacement key from a tyre shop.

Re: Lost lock nut key
A few weeks ago, I found this on the road in front of my house and haven't found an owner for it. You're welcome to have it if it fits.
