'Flats Gone' and 'Puncture Proof' sealants are designed to PREVENT air loss from a tyre when the tread is punctured by a small nail.
Has anyone here used either of these products? And if so are these sealants effective?

I think Slime does the same thing. I've used it in my mountain bike but it appears to lose it's effectiveness after a while...and just sloshes around.
I just keep an inflator can in my car as it's much easier to use for a temporary repair...and safer than changing a tyre by the side of the road.
