New wheels--but which ?

I'm going for some aftermarket wheels for my NA shortly (when my wallet has recovered from the current hits).

I'll be looking for a 15" rim and I've come up with Enkei RPF1 but they only go a 15x7.

Idealy I'd like a 15x6.5. I've found other 15x6.5 's but they are all boat anchors , whatever I get it will have be under 5.5kgs a corner and not more rhan $1000.00 for the set delivered.

This puts the likes of Minilites @ $575 ea right orf the menu

Any sugestions anyone ?

Why do you only want a 6.5?

Have a look in Apu's Build thread.

His wheels are 15x7, look great, great quality and the weight you are looking for, as well as eaaily within your budget. Have a look and PM him about size and style availability.

I've got an NA6 1.6 basic (no air no power etc) I won't be pushing it around hard and whilst I can use a bit of extra rubber with a 195 I don't recon I need the extra bit of drag that a 205 I'd need for a 7" rim would give me , especialy as it needs to be run at 28 to maybe 30psi.

I don't like stretched tyres either.

Or just call me picky.

A 195/50/15 is the perfect size of tyre for a 7 inch rim.

Take Project R up on his deal, or buy your RPF1s. Both are perfect for your needs :)

What kind of trucks do you have? Be careful about the size of your wheels to avoid wheel bite.i would either go orangatang stimulus or abec 11 freeride they are both amazing wheels just go with whichever one u think looks cooler lol

btw the best analogy i have heard with wheels is as follows:

you can only have 2 of the below:
cheap - light - good quality
