Just wanted to know what people set theirs at.
A) What suspension do you have?
B) What is your damper setting at, out of?
C) Do you change it depending on what you're doing?
D) What else do you have that would play a part on why you set yours where you do?
I know this is very general but i'm just curious.
A) BC BR coilovers.
B) Front: 18 from hard, out of 30.
Rear: 24 from hard, out of 30.
C) Not really, its my daily, I would if i didn't have to always take out the spare.
D) The roll bar made a massive difference, aswell as being quite low so when I have it too hard the smallest bump caused the back end to jump up and slide out if I was taking the corner hard.

A) What suspension do you have?
HKS Hippermax 3 Circuits
B) What is your damper setting at, out of? Right now, 6 from hardest front, 8 frpm hardest rear, 32 settings.
C) Do you change it depending on what you're doing? Absolutely.
D) What else do you have that would play a part on why you set yours where you do?
Well under 900kg, adjustable whiteline swaybars, 90 duro rating race bushes etc
I know this is very general but i'm just curious.
A) BC BR coilovers.
B) Front: 18 from hard, out of 30. These settings are not even close to transferable.
This is because you are on the bumpstops.

Re: Your damper setting?
Thanks for the advice, but I wasn't on the bump stops, my wheel scrapes the guard first, which is why I had it set where it was, and I'm mainly asking out of curiosity, so thanks for you're reply

Very general because of all the different shocks out there and the multitude of settings depending on spring rates and pre load but here goes:
An NC with Tein Flex 5kg front, 4kg rear.
15mm preload front and 10mm rear.
FatCat bumpstops.
16 position settings. Front 5 from full soft, rear 3 from full soft on the road. Just enough to control bounce. Track setting are a secret but hard, depending on track, tyre pressure, temperature and my driving on the day.
Biggest mistake I made: Not putting enough preload in originally and riding on the bumpstops (original Tein's) too much. In other words, too much droop.
Biggest improvement: preload and FatCat's.

Re: Your damper setting?
My NB has tien flex 7kg front 6 rear set to teins recommended setting, racing beat tubular front and solid rear, torsen II, because a stiffer rear sway makes the NB pretty taily I tend to have the rear set pretty soft compared to the front
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
