suspension bump

hi all

as I was driving today, I went on a downhill road and as I was passing the low point going up again, the suspension seemed to travel gradually then when bump, is this hitting the bump stop? and is this potentially bad for the car? FYI I drive NC2, stock

Yeah thats the bump stops. Thats what they are there for, its fine.
