Quick question... what's the difference between these framerails and the ones from Flyin Miatas? (which are twice as much)

Just comparing the framerails, not the butterfly brace.

what bjones said. i'd say bragging rights too

flyin miata had 2 versions of the same rails - one was just slightly lighter than the other. otherwise, frame rails are a much of a muchness.

Boss Frog Frame Rails are powder coated steel.

FM Frame Rails are stainless steel.

Given the location of the frame rails (ie. very prone to scaping), I opted for FM Frame Rails, I figure they'll still be in good condition in a few years time - not sure you could say that about the Boss Frog Frame Rails.

I just fitted the FM Framerails, and the Butterfly brace upgrade.... Wow easily best mod yet!! The car feels the way I always imagined it should.
Fitment was great (though my rails were pretty FUBAR'd) with gentle application of the hydraulic jack they were on... and they ain't ever coming off :)
