There's not a lot of replacement options, the stocks are generally fine and the racers often modify them to provide more camber rather than replacing. I'm sure the forum sponsors could sort you out some stock replacements off a car that crashed the passenger side.

I've seen scary looking JJR upper control arms that I would never use but that's about it. It's just not something there's a big market for. I appreciate it reduces unsprung weight but there are cheaper, easier and more accessible ways to do that (wheels, brakes, coil-overs etc). If you drove 2 cars back to back, one had V8R arms and one had stock arms I would be amazed if you could tell the difference. You could go try the big forum (miata.net) and see if anyone knows a more obscure company making lower control arms but I've not seen any others.
