Wanted - A couple of sets of dead NB8B Rear Brake pads

Postby SPy vs. SPy » Wed Jun 03, 2009 5:33 pm

per the title, I'm after a a set or two of dead rear pads, so I can recover the backing plate.

Has anyone in the Gold Coast/Brisbane area got some of these taking up precious shelf space in the shed and wants em' gone, please give me a shout.

Went for a drive and there were slow cars everywhere, why are NC's so common . . . must be NC = Normally Cardiganed.

I'd be a bit scared if they had tread, old skool F1 tyres with a groove yes :)

you dont need the little shim that sits behind the pad.
Its just there to make things quiet.
If you drive without it you save on unsprung weight.

Oh and the little clips I would keep otherwise it kinda rattles about a bit...
every ounce counts
