Hi all,
I just bought some 15x6.5 ROH wheels, i have 2 on the back and they seem to be going fine. But just for safety reasons, do i need hub rings for them?

It's good to have them, they cost bugger all and weigh bugger all. I'd get them.

I had a quick look at these wheels, the hub holes are tapered in like the nuts. It was my understanding that if the the holes and nut are tapered then wheel is located correctly by this and is therefore Lug centric and doesn't require hub rings.
I guess it couldn't hurt to get a set though.

My understanding is you dont need them they are added weight...

since 100% of aftermarket wheels are supplied with them. i'd say you'd need them. locates the wheel directly to the centre of the hub. bolts will have some small tolerances.

what he said
Simply put the wheel onto the bolts WITHOUT a hub-ring and if the centre hole is too big, the wheel will jiggle around.
As Okibi stated, get hub rings as they are cheap & weigh nothing.

Its a ring so the numbers represent the ID inner diameter and OD outer diameter usually measured in mm.
The inner diameter is the same for both NA and NB, however the OD is dependent on what wheel you buy...

Well if you had lightweight wheels to begin with, this would make sense.
