Bad Vibrations at 50 - 70km/h !!!

Hello Fellow mx5 members.
My cousin owns a NA MX5 and has some rims, lowered suspensions (kyb shocks and king springs) and a KAAZ 1.5Way LSD.
The problem is that when driving straight at between 50-70km/h there is a loud vibration coming from the left side that can be felt throughout the entire car. (Listen to the sound). It feels a tyre rubbing against something but i can't see any wear marks on the tyres at all. When the speed up to 100km/h the vibrations have lessened but it still there. There is nothing under 50km/h. The strange thing is that when I turn the steering wheel to the left while driving the vibrations goes away but when i straighten up it returns.
I've tested a few things:
1) Now the LSD was installed not too long ago and I'm pretty sure that it has never been broken in for the full half-hour of figure 8's that the KAAZ manual suggests. When doing slow turns, you can hear the LSD clunking and feel the clunk throughout the cabin. It never felt right.
2) I have swapped the rims and tyres from front to back to see any difference. There was none. (can't be this)
3) I have jacked up the car and rotated the tyre (with handbrake off) for possible sticking calipers. It is fine. (can't be this)
Now can you guys suggest any solutions to this problem? Anything I can test for? It is coming to the point where it is very annoying!!!
Cheers,
Michael
