Looking at using my NB8A rims to fit some R888s to, but I have in my mind that this wheel is just far too narrow. Has anyone ever done this and if so what was the result like?
To be covered by insurance on my way to/from the track I'm meant to run at least 205 width as that's what the car (SE) came with as standard.
Anyone running 205/50 on stock NB8A rims?

They look at big ballooned but they're fine.... I've been running 205/50/15's on 15*6.5's for about...20 months of racing now I think about it.

I thought the NB8A rim was 6"???
If I had my time again I would have bought 15x7 rims.

Yeah the NB8A rim is 6". 205s might be a bit too wide for it.

depends on what 205 you are talking about. in the case of 888's they are generously wide so no it will not be legal or good for steering response. get a 7-8 inch rim for 205 slicks.
