Wet Grip

The Torsen seems to be ovewhelmed.
On wet roads I get wheelspin with wot in 4th at about 5000 rpm. (SE Turbo with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx's).
The Torsen is designed to send (by torque sensing & a built-in ratio) more power to the outer wheel when you are cornering but doesn't lock if one wheel loses traction. We are now in the U.K. so it rains sometimes; mostly during the days and the nights!
I am not getting any feed-back here but are there any recognised alternatives anyone can recommend first hand?
