Not sure which is which, but I was told that one set of springs has flattened ends (so it sits on a flat surface), whilst the other has unflattened ends so it sits in the corresponding grooves in the top and bottom perches.

Which springs? Nearly all NA ones are softer than NB, especially rear. Why would you want to?

hmm.. thanks for the help guys.

Because I have a set of adjustable shocks (purple colored ones called BUZZ motorsports) and some black unknown springs which came off a 2000 NB.
I want to use the adjustables as im still on stock shocks on the NA.

I want to use my springs from the NA as I like the ride height of it. :)
