Hi Guys,
Spotted this in another forum:

I'm going to go get two pairs this weekend... Just have a couple of NOBB questions:
1) Do all DBA rotors fit MX5s or are there different rotor sizes to suit different makes/models?
2) Same Q above but for the Bendix brake pads
Apparently this deal is available until COB Sunday!

I've got the DBA slotteds front and stock rotors at the back with Bendix Ultimates all round. Very very happy with the combo for street and sprints with a pretty much stock NA8.
NA6s have smaller rotors than NA8s. Fatty's running the smaller DBA front rotors on his NA6 OK though, or there are some options for converting to NA8 fronts. Search this forum for that. I don't think there are any Bendix Ultimates to fit NBs.

Yes there is. I'm running them on my NB8A. There may not be any for the 8b though. Most people seem to run the Bendix Advance pads on those..
98 NB8A, Mania CAI, Eibachs and Bilsteins, Whiteline brace, Starcorp's, DBA Slotted and asstd bling, FM butterfly brace. FFS coldside and the whiiiinnne. Now 138rwkw (Glory Run ) More with tuning.

im running na6 dba slotted allround and ultimates all round. to be honest i think the rear slotted rotors were a waste because the mx5 still has a fair bit of nose dive hard under brakes.
good upgrade though. normal driving there is no difference but hard on the brakes theres a prettybig difference for the na6.

DBA Rotors & Bendix Deal
thread revival-
i'm interested in the current gb for slotted rotors and am looking for some decent but not too expensive pads for NA6
on the bendix website they list ultimates for the rear but don't have them for the front (only general or heavy duty).
what do most people run with (NA6)?

green stuff's aren't bad, but for the price try QFM pads, just an amazing pad, personally, i'd say better than green stuffs, barely any dust and are cheaper to buy, unfortunately the race spec and up spec-ed street pads aren't massed produced so you can't grab them off the shelf, but honestly, get a set, i'm on stock rotors and the pads just work all too well, however, i'm no expert on pads, i'm just giving a general comparison between the greens and QFM pads, from personal experience and i honestly rate the QFM over them...it's a pity they aren't widely stocked
