Those of you who's purchased these shocks from ebay, do they come with new boots too? If not will the old boots fit the new shocks? I guess if need be you can buy the boots locally??

Most of them don't come with the boots (you mean the top hats?). You can re-use the top hats off your standard shocks.

Nope, didn't come with boots. You can reuse your current ones if they aren't too shabby. If not, they're pretty cheap to buy locally
