SE wheel alignment settings

Could someone confirm if the following wheel alignment settings are correct for a stock set up on a SE.

L front 1/2mm +ve (positive)
R front 1/2mm +ve

L rear 3mm +ve
R rear 3mm +ve

Not sure what those settings are referring too (I can never remember if toe out is positive or negative?) But, a sensible setup on a stock car is:

Front toe zero, rear toe 1-2mm total toe in.
Front 1/2 to 1 deg negative camber (set the rear the same - I prefer both sides the same too)
Castor 4.5deg postive minimum........more = more high speed stability

Went back and he had another fiddle, currently set at

Front

Camber L -1'10 R -0'52
Toe L +0.5mm R +0.5mm

Back

Camber L -0'45 R -1'20
Toe L +2.5mm R +2.5mm

Havent taken it on a nice flat rd yet, I get the a feeling it may pull to the left.


Flyin miata recommends the following

Front
Caster: 5.0 degrees
Camber: 1.0 degrees negative
Toe: 1/16" total (1/32" 0.79mm per side)

Rear
Camber: 1.5 degrees negative
Toe: 1/16" total (1/32" 0.79mm per side)

FM's settings are for an NA - nowhere near as stiff as or as well damped as an SE. The MX5 does not need toe on the front in road trim. Toe in slows down the steering response and toe out increases the steerings response. Neither of which an MX5 really needs. Either way, the rear must only have some toe in - never toe out.
