Lower mine 40mm 20% stiffer K-mac spring and I'm happy with the set-up exept for K-mac apprentice fitter,should have buy a suitable spring compressor and do the job myself .Anyway bottom out at the back end from RTA's speed limiter road holes is not what I'm after, on the net there are many supplier of after maket pump stop with promise of smooth ride ...blar ..blar ..blar ..but I was just thinking what is wrong with cutting down the factory one ? the question is how much isn't ? or cut down will loss too much of its shock absorber ability.
Any advice from anyone with experienced in this is greatly appreciated.

I chopped the lowest 13mm of my 1.8 bumpstops

To me it's like cutting a spring - dodgy.

I'd a chop off the bottom ring off ,since it's look like this is just to spread the load wider on the shock and to join up with the shock boot , the middle ring is doing the absorb of bump.
Result ? oh yes , no more bouncing on pothole and speedhump.
The K-mac springs combine with Bilsteins the chop rear bumpstop is a near perfect setup
